Investment for Individuals

Copy of Identification Document
Copy of Proof of residence
Proof of bank account (Bank Statement, Letter from Bank or canceled cheque)

Companies

Original certified copy of CK1 and/or CK2 document
Individual FICA for Key individuals that have 25% or more signing power
Proof of bank account (Bank Statement, Letter from Bank or canceled cheque)

Trusts

Original certified copies of all Trustee's Identification Documents.
Original certified copies of Trust Deed or letter of authority.
Original certified copies of all Trustee’s proof of residence.
Proof of Bank account of the Trust in question.
Original certified copy of a resolution (If applicable).
Individual FICA for the representatives nominated.
